How do I access my SCANA Energy account online?

To access your SCANA Energy online account, where you will be able to pay your SCANA Energy bill, opt into paperless billing, and analyze your usage over time, go to www.scanaenergy.com/my-service and enter your username and password on the left side of the screen.

Don’t have a username? Don’t worry! Underneath the “My Service” tab at the top of the page, click “Register,” where you will be able to easily create an account using the account number from the top of your SCANA Energy bill, service address zip code, and the last four digits of your social security number. If you don’t have a bill nearby, you can call 1-877-467-2262 or contact us on Twitter at @scanaenergy and a member of the SCANA Energy team will help you set up the account. After a simple registration process, you will be able to log in to the SCANA Energy web portal to monitor your account and pay your SCANA Energy bill online.

If you want a shortcut to pay your SCANA Energy bill online, you can visit account.scanaenergy.com. This link will direct you to the SCANA Energy login page. Once logged in, you will be able to pay your SCANA Energy bill directly from your bank account or credit card and set up automatic monthly payments. We are available by phone at 1-877-467-2262 Monday through Friday from 7am to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. If you believe you have a natural gas leak, leave the premises immediately. Then, call 911 or Atlanta Gas Light at 770-907-4231 (inside metro Atlanta) or 1-877-427-4321 (outside metro Atlanta) once you’re a safe distance away. These numbers are available 24 hours a day.
