On March 26, 2024, SCANA Energy partnered with the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United to host the 3^rd annual Field Day for more than 300 SCANA Energy Homework Center students. The students took buses to Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a day of football and soccer drills, games, prizes, and lunch.

SCANA strives to give homework center students more than just help with schoolwork. The company wants to provide them with fun experiences they may not get otherwise. Field Day is a celebration of the students’ hard work throughout the school year and a way for them to experience Atlanta’s premiere stadium in a unique way.

The SCANA Energy Homework Centers are after-school programs held at 10 Title 1 elementary schools across metro Atlanta. They work with first- through fifth-grade students to improve school performance and study skills. They also provide snacks, school supplies, enrichment activities, and more so the children can have the best experience possible during each meeting.
