We may be a little biased, but we think that SCANA Energy customers are some of the best out there. That’s why we’re constantly working to improve our customer service by learning more about how we’re doing. In honor of Customer Service Week, we’d like to share some of the results from a recent survey of more than 1600 SCANA Energy customers who reached out to our Contact Center. Here’s what we learned:
97% of customers surveyed said they’d hire the person they spoke with. In fact, one customer service professional gave her SCANA Energy representative top marks, writing, “I work in customer service for a major insurance carrier. By industry standards, she was 10 for 10!”
When asked to describe the customer service representative they spoke with, 72% of customers pictured their representative smiling. One customer said, “The lady I spoke with was one of the best reps I have ever talked to. Helpful and happy sounding on the phone.”
82% of customers said that their experience was about the same compared to other calls they’ve made to our Contact Center. We strive to provide you with consistent, high-quality customer service because we want to keep you around.
