Two-Part Rate

Your gas costs will consist of your therm price x your therms used, plus an Interstate Pipeline Charge, which is based on your Atlanta Gas Light service area.

Contract Length

Secure rates for 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 months — longer contracts = better rates but less flexibility.

Terms & Conditions

DDDC or the Dedicated Design Day Capacity covers the common cost of delivering gas based on a customer’s demand on the system on the coldest day of the year. Interstate Capacity charges vary in different areas of the state.

Effective Dates

Listed above are current commercial prices, effective July 5, 2026. Prices expire August 5, 2026.

Service

Service subject to credit requirements. You may receive an initial bill for less than a complete billing cycle or month.

Fixed Rates

Your fixed therm rate will be guaranteed for the period of time you choose: 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 billing cycles. Billing cycles average approximately one each month. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.

Variable Rates

New variable rate customers will receive the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle. Prices are subject to change on the 5th of every month. The charges for natural gas consumption are calculated using the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle multiplied by the therm usage for that period. Billing cycles average approximately one month each. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.
