Coronavirus Update

Following are the latest updates on our operations.

Call Center Hours: 1-877-467-2262

We have reinstated our weekly call center hours of Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm. We remain closed on Saturdays for the time being.

You can access information about your service anytime through your online account, including viewing recent bills, renewing your rate plan and transferring service to a new address.

Disconnections for Non-Payment

Several months ago, we suspended disconnections for customers who were past due in their payments. With the Governor ending the shelter-in-place order and businesses reopening, we will resume disconnections of service beginning July 1, 2020.

If you’re behind in payments and unsure if your service may be disconnected, please refer to your latest bill. It will provide details about the amount due and potential disconnection date.

If you have a medical condition, please call us. You may be eligible for certain protections from disconnection. You will be asked to provide documentation, such as a letter from your medical provider.

If you have commercial service, the Federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is available to companies through participating financial institutions. The PPP provides loans to small businesses so that they can keep their workers on the payroll and pay their utility bills.

As always, if you’re having difficulty paying your bill, please call us so we can discuss your options, including payment arrangements. This could avoid or delay a disconnection.

If you’re in need of additional assistance, please reach out directly to these organizations:
