How do I renew my fixed rate plan?
If you are currently on a fixed rate and you are within your plan's renewal period, you have 3 options:
How do I know if I'm up for renewal?
Depending on the length of your contract, you will receive renewal notifications on your bill and by mail 60 days and 30 days before your rate plan expires. A final reminder will be mailed in the days before your current rate plan is set to expire. The notifications will provide information regarding options for renewal. When you’re ready to renew, you can do so through your online account or call 1-877-467-2262.
When is my term ending?
The number of months remaining on your current plan is located on your bill in the current charges section, directly above the "Billing Period."
How do I renew my rate plan online?
Renewing online is easy. Before your rate plan expires, simply sign in to your account and follow the prompts to renew your plan.
When can I change my plan?
If you have a fixed rate plan, you may change it during your plan’s renewal period. If you have a FlexRate plan, you can lower your price per therm once during your contract without penalty.
Do I need to renew a variable rate plan?
There are no contracts with a variable rate plan, so there is no need to renew.
