How is most of Georgia’s electricity produced?
Natural gas! In 2015, Georgia’s four existing nuclear reactors accounted for 26% of the state’s net electricity generation, coal accounted for 29%, natural gas accounted for 39%, and renewable energy, including hydroelectric power, contributed 6%.
