Service subject to credit requirements. You may receive an initial bill for less than a complete billing cycle or month.
Your fixed therm rate will be guaranteed for the period of time you choose: 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 billing cycles. Billing cycles average approximately one month each. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.
New variable rate customers will receive the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle. Prices are subject to change on the 5th of every month. The charges for natural gas consumption are calculated using the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle multiplied by the therm usage for that period. Billing cycles average approximately one month each. However, the actual number of days in each cycle may vary.
