Signing up for natural gas service online is an easy five step process. When you sign up online, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your new service.

- Name as printed on your Social Security card
- Social Security Number

If you are already a SCANA Energy customer and would like additional service, or would like to change rate plans, please call 1-877-467-2262. 
If you prefer to sign up over the phone, you can call 1-877-GO SCANA Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM or Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This sign up process is for SCANA Energy residential customers only. If you are interested in service for your business, visit business service.
