A variable rate allows you to take advantage of monthly changes in natural gas prices with no contract required. Each month the variable rate is set according to current market conditions. You also have the flexibility to lock into a fixed rate at any time. Listed below are the current residential rates, effective November 5, 2009.*

*New variable rate customers will receive the rate in effect on the first day of their billing cycle. Prices are subject to change on the 5th of every month. The charges for natural gas consumption are calculated using the rate in effect on the first day of the billing cycle multiplied by the therm usage for that period. A billing cycle is approximately one month, but the actual number of days may vary with each billing cycle. Customers who establish service may receive an initial bill for less than a complete billing cycle or month. Service is subject to credit approval.
**DDDC or the Dedicated Design Day Capacity covers the common cost of delivering gas based on a customer’s demand on the system on the coldest day of the year.
