E-mail My Password
Have your password sent to the e-mail address we have listed for you.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your username
- E-mail address (as listed on your account)
- Answer to your secret question

Reset My Username/Password
Create a new password for your online account and retrieve your username with the option to change it.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Your SCANA Energy account number or your Social Security number (account holder's)
- Answer to your secret question
