How do I transfer my gas service to a new address?
Please call 1-877-GO-SCANA, and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

When you call, please be prepared to provide your start and stop dates. You can keep the service on at both addresses while moving. Service orders are worked Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We need at least one business day’s notice to schedule an order.
