The most convenient way to sign up for service with SCANA Energy is online. Just click on the sign up for service link and follow the five steps outlined below. You’ll need to have your Social Security number or Federal Tax ID and, if you’re switching from another gas marketer to SCANA Energy, your Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) account number.
- Select the service type you want (establish new service or switch to SCANA Energy).
- Select your rate plan.
- Fill in your contact and service address information.
- Provide home entry instructions (if applicable).
- Confirm your information.
If you prefer, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
