How do I sign up for Budget Billing?

Call us at 1-877-GO-SCANA, and a Customer Service representative will tell you your Budget Billing amount and sign you up. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
