How can I stop receiving paper statements?
We offer paperless statements to customers who have registered their online account and are currently enrolled in one of our online payment options, ePay or eDraft. (See “How do I sign up for online account access?”) By enrolling in ePay or eDraft, your Billing Preference is automatically changed to e-mail only.

You can also request an additional payment reminder e-mail in your Account Preferences within your Account Management.
