Make sure you have your bank account information available before you start this process.
You must first register your online account. (See How do I sign up for online account access?). You will be prompted with the option to enroll in ePay or eDraft during the registration process.
If you have already registered your account, simply sign in to your account and select the Pay Bill option to access the ePay/eDraft Enrollment.
If you have additional questions or need assistance, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
