It’s easy to get a copy of your bill online. Once your online account has been registered (see How do I sign up for online account access?), you can sign in to your account to view and print up to 24 months of past bills and billing history.
If your Billing Preference is e-mail only and you wish to receive paper bills, simply sign in to your online account and change your Billing Preference to Paper. If you have more than one account, you will need to choose your billing preference for each account.
If you are unable to print your bill online, call 1-877-GO-SCANA, and a Customer Service representative will be happy to assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
