Yes. You can pay your statement by phone using your Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Electronic Check or ATM Debit card through BillMatrix, a secure, automated telephone payment system. It's fast, easy and available 24 hours a day!
To view your credit card payment options, select your account type:
Residential
Small commercial
Commercial and industrial
BillMatrix allows five payments per account, up to a maximum of $600 each, in a 30-day period. Select the paperless billing option and the maximum amount per payment can be up to $5,000 each.

SCANA Energy Regulated Division customers must call 1-866-604-7425 to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Electronic Check, or ATM Debit card.
