Yes. You can pay your bill by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Electronic Check or ATM Debit card through BillMatrix, a secure, automated telephone payment system. (BillMatrix assesses a $3.50 fee for this service.) It's fast, easy and available 24 hours a day!
BillMatrix allows five transactions per account, up to a maximum of $600 each, in a 30-day period.
To pay your SCANA Energy bill using BillMatrix, call 1-800-450-9175. If you have additional questions or need assistance, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
