If you’re a residential customer, you’ll find your activation code on the left side of your gas bill.
If you can’t locate your activation code or don’t have a copy of your bill, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-877-GO-SCANA. Due to our confidentiality policy, we are unable to send your activation code to you via e-mail.
If you are a non-residential customer, please call one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-877-GO-SCANA for assistance. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
