What do I do if I receive an error message or experience a technical problem?
You can you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you.  Please provide the following information:
  • Your account number or address
  • The exact error message received
  • The date and time the error message was received
  • What you were doing at the time the error message occurred

Providing the information below about your computer may also be helpful:
  • Type of browser and version (i.e., Internet Explorer 6, Safari versions 1 & 2, Firefox versions 1.x and higher, etc.)
  • Operating system and version (i.e., Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.) 
  • Internet Connection (i.e., dial-up, cable, DSL, etc.)
  • Security Settings (i.e., High, Medium, etc.)
  • Cookies enabled or disabled

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
