What do I do if I have trouble signing in?
For your convenience, we provide information on the most probable causes of sign in problems on our Trouble Signing In page. 

If you still need assistance, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  When calling, please provide the following information:
  • Your account number or address
  • The exact error message received
  • The date and time the error message was received
  • What you were doing at the time the error message occurred

Providing the following information about your computer may also be helpful:

  • Browser type and version (i.e., Firefox 2.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, etc.)
  • Operating system and version (i.e., Windows 98, Windows NT)
  • Internet Connection (i.e., dial-up, cable, DSL, etc.)
  • Security Settings (i.e., High, Medium, etc.)
  • Cookies enabled or disabled
