How do I update or change my account information?
The easiest way to update your account information, including your phone number, billing address and e-mail address, is to sign in to your online account.

From your Account Management, you can make changes to your Personal Information, Online Preferences and Account Preferences.

If you do not have an online account, simply register your online account. (See How do I sign up for online account access?). 

If you have additional questions or need assistance, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and a Customer Service representative will assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
