How do I change the name on my account?
If your name has changed due to a legal name change, the service is currently in someone else's name or if the spelling of your name needs to be corrected, contact a Customer Service representative at 1-877-GO-SCANA for assistance. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
