How can I get my password if I’ve forgotten it?
If you have a Secret Question on your account, you can retrieve your username and change your password online.

Simply use our Forgot Username or Password? option. You will be required to provide your account number or Social Security number to locate your account and to confirm your identity.

If you have not created a secret question for your online account or if your e-mail address has changed, you can call 1-877-GO-SCANA and one of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
