* The rates apply to customers with a beginning meter reading date (also known as the "Prior Meter Reading date" on your bill) on or after the date stated above.
**By signing up for a fixed rate plan, you are guaranteed a fixed therm rate for 12 bills. In order to receive that rate, you must commit to the plan for a specified period of time. If you choose to cancel before the specified period of time is complete, there is a $250 exit fee that may have to be paid in addition to your current balance.
***SCANA Energy uses billing cycles to determine the length of a fixed rate plan. A billing cycle is approximately one month, but the actual number of days may vary with each billing cycle. Customers who establish service may receive an initial statement for less than a complete billing cycle or month.
