Here’s how it works:

• Sign a SCANA Energy Preferred Builder Agreement and you will receive a Home Depot gift card for each of your new home owners who establish service with SCANA Energy.  It is a win-win for both you and your new home owner; you receive a Home Depot gift card, and your new home owner receives a competitive rate and exceptional customer service!
• At the same time, you can sign a Meter Express Builder Agreement to gain direct access to Atlanta Gas Light’s Builder Hotline.  This gives you the ability to request meter sets, line installations, make premise information updates, and activate your gas meters after your HVAC contractor introduces gas into the home. When you request a meter activation, Atlanta Gas Light will set up temporary service for you until you sell the home and the new homeowner transfers service into their name. You also avoid the usual gas connection fees and deposits by signing this Agreement.
